Added shadows and other improvements!

- Added dynamic shadows for vehicles, they can be turned off in the pause menu
- Improved touch system to make it respond quicker to swipe gestures
- Improved swipe system so it will queue up the movement if you swipe faster than the movement allows
- Fixed a bug where the menu click sound would not be played in some circumstances
- Minor engine bug fixes and improvements
